git을 사용하면서 필요한 설정들을 scope별로 지정할 수 있는 명령어로, 가능한 scope들은 다음과 같습니다.

• local(=per local repo) : ${project_root}/.git/config
• global(=per user) : ~/.gitconfig
• system-wide(=per machine) : $(prefix)/etc/gitconfig
